The service

Cape Cod Septic Pros is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered company doing business as Compass Lead Group. This website is a marketing and lead generation service that connects homeowners with independent licensed local septic contractors. We are not a septic contractor, and we do not perform septic inspections, pumping, repairs, or installation work.

How the matching works

When you submit a request, we forward your information to an independent licensed contractor who may contact you to schedule a free consultation and quote. Any work you decide to have done is a direct agreement between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it.

No warranty on contractor work

We do not perform, supervise, warrant, or take responsibility for the work of any contractor. We make no representation about the quality, timeliness, pricing, licensing, or outcome of any contractor's work. You are responsible for confirming a contractor's licensing, insurance, and references, and for reviewing any contract before you sign it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of this website or your dealings with any contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to a nominal amount.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the Title 5 regulations, cost ranges, and program figures on this site accurate and dated, but rules and numbers change. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or engineering advice. Confirm current requirements with mass.gov, MassDEP, your town board of health, and a qualified professional before acting.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute relating to the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
