Cape Cod Septic Pros is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we send your request to. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.
Why a referral model
Septic contractors spend money to find new customers. We do one part of that for them: we run this website, keep the Title 5 and money-program information accurate, and connect homeowners who need work with contractors who do it. When a contractor takes on a job from a homeowner we introduced, they pay us a flat referral fee. That is our entire business.
What this means for you
- You never pay Cape Cod Septic Pros anything. The service is free to use.
- The referral fee is paid by the contractor and does not get added to your quote. You pay the same price you would have paid contacting the contractor directly.
- You are never obligated to hire the contractor we connect you with. Get the quote, get others, and decide on your own.
- We do not perform any septic work. Every inspection, repair, and installation is done by an independent licensed local contractor who contracts with you directly.
What we do not do
We do not mark up any work, take a cut of your project, or sit between you and your contractor once the introduction is made. We do not sell your information to a list of buyers. Your details go to a licensed local contractor for the purpose of quoting your job, and that is described in our Privacy Policy.
