Who operates this site
Cape Cod Septic Pros is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company that does business as Compass Lead Group. We are not a septic contractor and do not perform septic inspections, pumping, repairs, or installation work.
What we do
We run this website to connect homeowners across Barnstable County (Cape Cod) and Plymouth County (South Shore), Massachusetts with licensed, insured local septic contractors. When you submit a request or call, your information is forwarded to an independent licensed contractor who can schedule a free consultation and quote. The contractor performs the work, contracts with you directly, and stands behind it. We handle the introduction.
We built the site because Massachusetts Title 5 trips up a lot of Cape and South Shore sellers, and the two money programs that can help with a replacement, the state tax credit and the county AquiFund loan, are widely misunderstood. Getting the regulation right, pointing you at the agencies that set the program terms, and pointing you to a contractor who does the work, is the whole job.

These are objective requirements, not endorsements. Confirm them yourself before you hire:

Licensed and permitted locally
Hold the approvals their work requires, from MassDEP System Inspector approval for Title 5 inspections to town board-of-health permits for installation.

Carry current general liability insurance, available for you to confirm before work begins.

Written estimates
Provide a transparent, itemized written estimate before performing any work, so you know the scope and the price up front.

Workmanship warranties
Offer written workmanship warranties on completed installations and repairs.
